The most important ones are iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid. Some iron-rich foods are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red meat (pork and poultry)<\/li>\n<li>Sea food<\/li>\n<li>Beans<\/li>\n<li>Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach<\/li>\n<li>Dried fruit (raisins and apricots)<\/li>\n<li>Bread and pastas<\/li>\n<li>Peas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Human bodies absorb more iron from meat that it does from other sources.
