FDA
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reviews, evaluates and approves a wide range of products for medical use, food, cosmetics and many other health-related products. In other words, FDA approval means that the FDA has decided that the benefits of the approved product outweigh its potential risks.
Prior to FDA, companies could make claims about a product without proof that it was safe or even that it worked. This made consumers extremely vulnerable. Today, new products must undergo the FDA approval process before they are available to the public.
Why is the FDA approval process important?
FDA approval is important because it validates the need for research studies on foods for children and adults. It also allows us to determine if they are conducive to health and nutrition, it determines the best foods suitable for human consumption.

KOSHER CERTIFIED
Kosher certification guarantees consumers that the products and the ingredients they contain comply with the kosher food policy, and is also an indicator that the product meets strict standards of cleanliness, purity and quality.
The demand for kosher labeled products has grown exponentially in markets such as Europe and the United States, even surpassing other types of labels. The market for kosher products in Latin America has reached 100 million dollars a year, which represents a high growth rate.
